You'll be up there soon enough!

You've got ALOT of talent there, and for your first to NG, most people submit a crappy movie as their first, I consider this to be your crappy one because I'm betting that in a couple months you'll be holding a top 50 spot in no time! :D

Animation was really smooth and the frame-by-framework was great, good song too. The graphics were tight, not alot of people can draw that good with the paintbrush tool, even with a gfx tablet!

I'm going to wait and see for more, I can see some great stuff from you in the future!

Actuall all the images were Hand Drawn and scanned in. In flash I just traced all the bitmaps to give them smooth lines. But I hand drew all the images, which is why it took so much time. With this new animation I'm doing for a class I'm only sketching out my key frames and then doing all the tweens in flash with a tablet. So hopefully I'll get done sooner and more will happen in the animation. I just gotta model 3-D character too, and he's soo detailed... I'm going to die this quarter. x.x

wow I wish I knew about this project before it was finished! Are you guys planning on another one? I'd love to do a part in one!
Btw, this is pretty tight, paul ter voorde's part was pretty good as well as some of those frame-by-frame break dances in there, you've got some amazing artists in there!

It was alright

It got pretty underrated though. I think this deserves around a 2.50-2.70 score. The animation was ok, although it was lacking in a couple of places. I'd suggest that you should tween a line for each limb and place the rotation point (the white circle) at the end of the line and motion tween. The music was ok, not the greatest in the world, not 100% my taste, but ok. You have some potential, and you can stay on a project alot longer than I can lol. I'm curious to see what's next from you.

Whoah 2.50 to 2.70! Thats craazy good. Yes the animation did lack in many places. And I'll IM you and you can teach me about this rotation thing. I can use it for my next music video! Well, at least I can stay on a project longer than you, but god dammit for flash is so good its like a bear on a motorcycle driving and shooting two of them Mac 10s at the coppers. The joke was funny, add some more animation to the movie and the score could go up to around 2.50-3.00 :)

Did a nice job with my song "TheComet-Eternal", loved how you used my finishing bit as a choke+punch combo :)

The gfx to the movie were relatively good, the animation could use a little work (try using ease in the animation, it's in the advanced properties) but all in all it was a good movie.
Continue making flash movies, you guys have some skills!

PLEASE double the framerate on this movie, it'd make the fighting more like the game and more intense :)

double? 12 frames per second though. You know you are really asking for the wrong thing. Even if you increase the frame rate, the sprites wont have any more frames. You're just wanting to make my movie like it were fast forwarding? Aw come on, check out my ch.4 4 guys died in 1 second, yes 1 second! So ur asking me to speed it up? Nah...

I actually liked that a bit.

You're pretty good at frame by frame work, I can say that.
My suggestion is to make your next movie have a higher framerate (at least 20, 20 is good for new flash animators) and to tween the symbols a little smoother.
I can see some potential from this movie, especially the rat/mouse character (make a movie with that, you did a very nice job on the frame by framing there as well as the art), your artwork isn't that bad either (better than mine, I can barely draw in flash worth beans, note that most of my 3.00+ scoring movies don't use my graphics :P).
I'll be sure to check your future work :)
